The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No.32 of 2018 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the nature of offence and the arguments advanced at the Bar, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub.Divisional Judicial
