2. The matter relates to selection as Anganwari Sevika. The controversy arises out of a dispute relating to validity/ genuineness of certificates issued by the Board of School and Technical Education (C.B.), Chhatishgarh.
3. The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 12.07.2019, passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya, who is a functionary to decide such disputes under the
Patna High Court CWJC No.19156 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 Guidelines issued for selection of Anganwari Sevika.
4. This is not in dispute that the Guidelines provide for a forum of appeal before the District Magistrate against an order passed by the District Programme Officer.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed her appeal before the District Magistrate, Gaya.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction that let petitioner's appeal be disposed of within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take all such plea before the District Magistrate which have been taken in the present writ application for assailing the order of the District Programme Officer.
