The petitioner is accused in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 287 of 2015 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Mahesh Mahto and Narayan Mahto, except that there is nothing against him. It is further submitted that petitioner is accused in two other cases, but in both cases, he is on bail and is in custody since 04.02.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20780 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 287 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
