Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that brother-in-law of the husband of the deceased has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 44864 of 2019 (Annexure-2) on submission of the chargesheet. Petitioners are father and younger brother of the husband of the victim of dowry death. Petitioners are in custody since 11.03.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioners.

No. 60728 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 393 of 2019 arising out of Bihhpur (Jhandapur) Police Station Case No. 81 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
