JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 78/2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 498(A)/34 of the IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The accusations are of demand of dowry and torture made by the accused persons to the complainant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the complainant. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and property with the husband of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 78/2014, Tr. No. 703/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.
