Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case 1135(C)/2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 406,409, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Present case was registered after five long years of the alleged occurrence. He has further submitted that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 65229 of 2018 vide order dated 13.12.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66049 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, this application is allowed. In the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-cum-Sub Judge XVI, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 1135(C)/2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
