2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the S.C./S.T. Act registered in connection with Pashara P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015, G.R. No. 251 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and even taking the accusations in the F.I.R. on its face value no offence under the S.C./S.T. Act is made out considering that there is nothing to show that the offending words were spoken in public view.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27462 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 The remaining offences are bailable in nature.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Ranjan, learned J.M. Ist Class, Khagaria, in connection with Pashara P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015, G.R.No. 251 of 2015,subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
