Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Mali PS Case No.54/2018 for the offence under Sections 409, 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners Mr. Lal Babu Singh referring to paragraph-9 of the application submits that the petitioners undertake to return the entire amount, i.e. Rs.26,08,719.38p. by January, 2019.

Considering the aforesaid undertaking, the petitioners are granted provisional bail for a period of two months. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68174 of 2018(21) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Mali PS Case No. 54/2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In the event the entire amount of Rs.26,08,719.38p. is paid by the petitioners by 31.01.2019, the court below shall make the provisional bail absolute.
