Petitioner apprehends arrest in Sadar (Mufasil) PS Case No. 170 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 427, 323, 332, 353, 504 and 506 of the IPC. It is submitted by the petitioner's Counsel that mere allegation is that the petitioner, in a crowd, blocked the road and assaulted some drivers. No specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioner and large number of persons have been made accused merely on the basis of suspicion. Similarly situated other co-accused have been allowed the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 48767 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail
