Petitioner is accused in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 276 of 2015 registered under Sections 392 and 302 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence of murder of his father, who was driving the truck at that time. The informant raised suspicion only against Pintu Kumar, Guard of the Petrol Pump and Khalasi of Hindustan petroleum Tank Lorry mere on suspicion. Later on, the informant Khalasi disclosed the name of petitioner as Khalasi on suspicion. Except the suspicion, there is nothing against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19667 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 22.12.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-III, District - Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.276 of 2015.
