JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 14. 01. 2015 three persons have been granted regular bail. Out of three petitioners, petitioners namely, Harendra Kumar and Md. Raju have been granted bail, but inadvertently the name of petitioner, Bharat Kumar, has been left over. Hence he is deemed to be petitioner no. 3 in main petition.
Hence, petitioner, namely, Bharat Kumar, Son of Bindeshwari Paswan, resident of Bhaisapur, Police StationLaheri, District- Nalanda, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Uma Shankar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, in connection with Case No. 72 C2 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future. Further condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case by the court below.
