The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Maheshi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2017 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, the petitioners named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46043 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Maheshi P.S. Case No.134 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
