JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 10-05-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.08.2009 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in Complaint Case No.498-C of 2004 by which the learned Magistrate after holding enquiry has found prima facie case against the petitioners under Section(s) 147, 380, 427 and 451 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the trial in the instant case in the Court below has already been concluded and the petitioners-accused have been acquitted by the court below. As such, this application has become infructuous.
