====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.09.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58098 of 2023 by which the petitioner was granted regular bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 421 of 2022, to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Darbhanga.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the top at page 1 in the party position of the order dated 01.09.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58098 of 2023 due to inadvertent mistake, the name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as 'Laxman Jha' in place of 'Gauri Jha @

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let on the top at page 1 in the party position of the order dated 01.09.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58098 of 2023, the name of the father of the petitioner be read as 'Gauri Jha @ Gauri Shankar Jha' in place of 'Laxman Jha'. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same. 5.The order dated 01.09.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58098 of 2023, is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. The present modification application stands disposed of.
