The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Fatehpur P. S. Case No. 01 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that with respect to an occurrence of the year 2008, a complaint was filed in November, 2017, which was referred to the police for investigation pursuant to which FIR was instituted on 03.01.2018 and two other co-accused persons, namely, Kaushar Khan @ Md. Kaushar Khan and Tajbun Khatoon have already been granted pre-arrest bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.09.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 52601 of 2018, in the event of
