JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 21-01-2015 After some arguments Mr. Gautam Kumar Kejriwal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with the sole prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to make the deposit as directed by the impugned order dated 11.07.2014 of the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today.
The writ application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, but with the direction that in case the petitioner deposits 25% of the amount of Rs.35.50 lakhs as directed by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1213 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, East Zonal Bench, Kolkata within four weeks from today, then the consequence of non-deposit as given in the impugned order shall not operate.
