Admittedly, there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injury. No doubt, there is accusation against the petitioner that he opened fire causing firearm injury on the thigh of the injured, Ajay Kumar but learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid Ajay Kumar sustained simple injury which is evident from perusal of Annexure-6 series to the petition. Learned counsel appearing for the informant controverted the above stated submissions arguing that injured Ajay Kumar was referred to PMCH, Patna where his surgery was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28126 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 done and a pillet was taken out from his thigh and, therefore, the injury of Ajay Kumar cannot be said to be simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015.
