The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the facts that there is specific allegation of assault against the petitioners, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, according anticipatory bail application, is hereby dismissed. However, dismissal of the anticipatory bail application will not cause prejudice to the petitioners and in the event, the petitioners surrender before the Court below and prays for regular bail, the Court below is hereby directed to dispose of the application for regular bail of the petitioners on the same day in accordance with law without being influenced
