This application has been filed for restoration of S.A. No.86 of 2009 which was stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 26.7.2010, which was eventually complied on 19.12.2013 according to the petitioners.

On being satisfied with the sufficiency of averments made in this application explaining the reasons for omission on part of the petitioners, the date of compliance of order dated 26.7.2010 is extended till 19.12.2013 and the S.A. No. 86 of 2009 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the order dated 26.7.2010 has fully been complied by

Patna High Court MJC No.6413 of 2013 (3) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 19.12.2013.

Accordingly, this application stands allowed.
