JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that the accused persons applied for Kisan Credit Card Loan and submitted papers with respect to their lands and on the basis of such documents the loan was sanctioned to the petitioner and her son. The said documents were verified by the Bank and on enquiry by the bank through the Circle Officer, Baniapur, a report was submitted by the Circle Officer that the documents submitted were forged. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has taken

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28884 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 loan on the basis of forged documents for an amount of Rs. 55,000/-. A supplementary affidavit has been filed. From perusal of Annexure 2 it appears that the entire loan amount has been paid by the petitioner and there is no outstanding due against the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniapur P.S.Case No. 230/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) singh/- U T
