Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.43 of 2023 dated 28.01.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering this fact that the injury of the injured was found simple in nature.
