The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No.18835 of 2010, which stood dismissed on 20.05.2015 due to non-prosecution. Earlier notice was directed to be issued to Opp.Party nos.4 and 5. However, despite valid service of notice, they have preferred not to appear. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, particularly the statement made in paragraph nos.6 and 7 of the petition, same is allowed.

Let C.W.J.C.No.18835 of 2010 be restored to its original file.
