The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
A truck dashed the motor cyclists by rash and negligent driving causing the death of three persons and injury to several persons. The police alleged that the petitioner along with more than thousand persons set ablaze the vehicle, ransacked the police station and also set the police station on fire. Three cases were lodged for the aforesaid incident. In the present case, similarly situated accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29665 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015.
