The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 841 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 387, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioners assaulted the informant and one Pramod Sahani as a result of which Pramod Sahani sustained serious injuries and was being treated in the hospital where he was in coma for eight days, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
