JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.34 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the husband and this petitioner, mother-in-law of the deceased, after quarrel assaulted the daughter of the informant as a result she died and thereafter her dead body was disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law and the daughter-in-law died of diarrhea. However, there is no any medical prescription or any statement whether she was taken to any doctor for treatment. Having considered the nature of allegation that the dead body was disposed of without any information to anyone, the
