JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. One country made katta and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and it is alleged that petitioner had opened fire on the informant and other police party but admittedly, no one sustained any firearm injury. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.05.2014 and except the above stated materials as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
