JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1932 of 2014 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are Bhaisur, Gotni, Mother-inlaw and nephew of the daughter of the complainant. Husband of the daughter of complainant filed a petition under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act and on receiving notice of the same the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21924 of 2017 (3) dt.18-08-2017 present false case has been lodged. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1932 of 2014.
