The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 427, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The specific accusation against the petitioner is that he shot at the neck of the husband of the informant namely, Ranjeet Yadav as a result he succumbed to the injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only accusation against the petitioner is of firing at the husband of the informant but the medical opinion suggests two wound of entry, which, it suggests that either the informant could not witness the occurrence or she has narrated an improved

In view of the nature of accusation and the case was registered in 2014, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 312 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
