The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.184 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 38(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the recovery of huge quantity of Indian made Foreign liquor from the house of the petitioners and some other place belonging to the petitioners as also the provision prescribed under sub.section (2) of Section 76 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, I am not inclined to
