2. Earlier the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 05.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74379/2024, due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated time.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for surrendering before the learned court below and pray for regular bail before the Learned Special Judge, Excise, Court No. II, Muzaffarpur.

4. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by six weeks for surrendering before the learned court
