2. The petitioner has preferred this criminal revision application against order dated 06.07.2017, passed by learned S.D.J.M., Gaya in Complaint Case No.109 of 2014, Trial No.1734 of 2017 whereby the learned S.D.J.M., Gaya has refused to confirm the provisional bail granted by this Court.
3. This Court finds that the petitioner has filed this application against an interlocutory order and revision is not
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.806 of 2017 dt.03-10-2017 2 /2 maintainable against any interlocutory order. Non-confirmation of the provisional bail amounts to rejection of the bail. The only recourse available to the petitioner is to move a fresh bail petition before the Court.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the criminal revision application stands disposed of.
5. Let no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner for a fortnight only in order to enable him to approach the appropriate forum in connection with Complaint Case No.109 of 2014, pending before learned S.D.J.M., Gaya.
