JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Khizar Sarai P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner alongwith other family members made demand of dowry and on non-fulfilment thereof, killed the daughter of the informant and thereafter disposed of the dead body to screen the evident of crime.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31230 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 separate in mess and property with the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Khizar Sarai P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015(G.R. No. 341/2015) on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
