JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for anticipatory bail for the offence under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. The allegation is that in course of inspection the P.D.S. shop of the petitioner was found closed which was opened by the son of the petitioner in which 26 bags wheat and 12 bags rice were found.
