2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 160 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The prosecution story, as per the First Information Report, is that on 13.07.2024, one Deepak Rajak and his nephew Prince Kumar were fighting with each other. When the father of the informant intervened, petitioners along with coaccused Prince Kumar started assaulting him. It is alleged that the petitioners came to the verandah of the house of the informant, where his father was sitting and they threw him on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61088 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 the ground and started assaulting, due to which, father of the informant sustained grievous injury on his nose and blood oozed out. It is further alleged that in the way to the hospital, informant's father died.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of false and concocted story. Learned counsel further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. The petitioners are in custody since 28.04.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.-I, Rosera at Samastipur/ concerned Court in connection with Rosera P.S.
