The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that her father-in-law had gone for walk after dinner but he did not return. The informant came to know that 10 persons named in the FIR have brutally assaulted her father-in-law and also got him admitted in Sadar Hospital. It appears that informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and nobody has seen the occurrence in the night. The informant came to know about the occurrence in the next morning and went to Sadar Hospital where she saw dead body of her father-in-law. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30411 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 238 of 2014.
