2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith co-accused Manager Sah (husband of the deceased) committed the murder of daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess & property and has got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.

5. However, learned A.P.P. vehemently opposes the

No.61464 of 2022(6) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that this petitioner alongwith co-accused Manager Sah, who is husband of the deceased, committed torture with the deceased (daughter of informant) and thereafter, killed her due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The deceased died at her matrimonial home in an unnatural circumstances.

6. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected.
