ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 21.8.2015, passed in Cr.Misc. No.37300 of 2015. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the period for depositing the rest amount, which was earlier undertaken by the petitioner, be extended by another period of three months.

It is made clear that if the petitioner does not deposit the rest amount within the aforesaid period, the order dated 21.8.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.37300 of 2015 shall stand revoked automatically.
