Regard being had to the facts that there was absolutely no recovery of any article or weapon from the possession of the petitioner and considering the submission that the petitioner has falsely been roped in the present case and is lying in custody since 27.07.2014, the prayer for bail of the above named petitioner is allowed by directing his release on furnishing bond of Rs.3,000/- (three thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Munger in Kharagpur P.S.Case No.171 of 2014.
