2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 70, 351(2), 79 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(E) & 67(A) of the IT Act.

3. The petitioner and others are accused of committing gang rape with an old woman on the point of knife and also made video of the obscene act. The accused persons also made the video viral on social media. The petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2025 and has one criminal antecedent also.

4. Considering the nature of the accusation and the

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
