The informant alleged that theft was committed in his house and many articles and cash etc. were taken away. The informant named. The informant named Jhunjhun Singh and Chhotu Sahani. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Jhunjhun Singh but nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner and similarly situated accused, Niranjan Kumar has already been enlarged on bail.
