Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.9.2014 in a case registered under sections 25 (i-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act. Recovery of single barrel gun and rifle was made from the house of the petitioner but admittedly, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and prior to the aforesaid recovery, his two family members were killed in separate occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Adhaura P.S.
