The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. The victim appeared and made her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. The victim disclosed her age to be 18 years and stated in her statement that she herself went along with Ram Babu Paswan. The victim had love affairs with the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
