1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) direction(s) to the respondents to vacate the encroachment on the Govt. Land/public land bearing Khata no.1040, Old Plot no.1718, total area 3 decimal which is situated under village Mahpatiya, Circle Madhopur, District- Madhubani on the ground of petitioner has filed representation before S.D.O. Jhanjharpur and Circle Officer and due verification SDO officer Jhanjharpur has issued letter to Circle Madhepur, District- Madhubani, S.H.O. Bheja for vacate the encroached land who have gone to the above mention plot for vacating

Madhepur but after one week some has not vacated then petitioner has again filed the representation before S.D.O. Jhanjharpur with regard to vacate the Govt. land '/public land being Khata no.1040 Plot no.1718 total area -3 decimal which is pending till today."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Madhopur, District-Madhubani for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
