2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 414, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The informant alleged that on 25.08.2023, he got a secret information that some miscreants, with intention to commit a crime, are coming from a Scorpio, upon which, a raid was conducted and three persons were apprehended from the said vehicle and on search of said vehicle, arms and ammunition were recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has been made accused in this case merely because he happens to be registered owner of the said vehicle. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 881 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482 of the B.N.S.S.
