====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-06-2020 Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of virtual Court proceeding.

The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a POCSO Case No. 43/18 registered for the offences under Sections 376, 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of POCSO Act. The case is pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge Ist-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Khagaria.

The prosecution case, in short, is that the daughter of the informant in course of cutting grass became traceless from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60614 of 2019(3) dt.03-06-2020 2/2 the field and thereafter in course of search around the Maize field, four persons alongwith one Horse were seen fleeing away from the Maize field and on the next morning her dead body was found there.

It has been submitted on behalf of the parties that the case is at the concluding stage.

Considering the same, the prayer for bail is rejected. Learned court below is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
