Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
Informant, a Branch Manager had filed a written report alleging inter alia that on account of illegal activity of petitioner, the then Branch Manager (operation) of Alapur Branch, the bank has sustained loss of Rs. 87,681=72 paise. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready to deposit the amount. On deposit of amount of Rs. Rs. 87,681=72 paise within four weeks, petitioner, Anand Raj will be released, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23092 of 2014 (9) dt.22-05-2015 Begusarai in connection with Teghara PS Case No. 244 of 2013, subject to the condition as enumerated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
