.... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the fact that the order of this Court has been complied by way of restoration of the recognition of the School of the petitioners, this Court would not like to go into any other aspect as to whether

Patna High Court MJC No.1494 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 the teachers of the School were approved or denied their payment of salary on account of some dispute for which C.W.J.C No. 7915 of 2013, is pending before this Court. The submission of Mr. Kishore Kumar Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners that in C.W.J.C No. 7915 of 2013, the status of Mr. Kashi Naresh Jha is only in relation to restoration of status of Incharge Headmaster, will make no difference because the writ petition out of which this contempt application arises, was related to only in respect of restoration of the recognition of the School and nothing more.

In that view of the matter, this contempt application in view of the show cause reply filed by the Opposite Parties, has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
