JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned P.A.A.G along with G.A. 13 for the State. The petitioner has approached this Court for quashing of NIT contained in Annexure 4 by which tenders were invited for publishing the report card of the State Government. The aforesaid NIT has been challenged on several ground. However, now a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 clearly stating in paragraph 6 that in view of the decision taken by the Government, the Information and Public Relation Department, Govt. of Bihar has already cancelled the Notice Inviting Tender dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.8993 of 2015 (4) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 18.06.2015 vide memo no. 1244 dated 4.7.2015 contained in Annexure V of the supplementary counter affidavit. In above view of the matter since the Notice Inviting Tender, which was under challenge, has already been cancelled, in my considered opinion, the same renders this writ petition infructuous.

In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
