The petitioner is accused in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 545 of 2015, registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that sister of the informant left the house in the night of 28/29-11.2015 and in the morning the articles in the room were found scattered mobile set was also found in the room, which belongs to this petitioner. The informant raised suspicion against the petitioner about kidnapping of his sister by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20699 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 fact, sister of the informant left the house according to her sweet will and reached at Haryana, where petitioner used to reside and performed marriage due to love affairs in between the sister of the informant and petitioner from earlier. This fact has also been stated by the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. on 19.03.2016 before the S.D.J.M. Dehri. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri (Rohtas) in connection with Dehri (T) P.S.
