JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 This matter has come up under the heading 'to be mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail vide order dated 07.11.2017, however inadvertently second paragraph has wrongly been mentioned in the aforesaid order. He prays that the same may be corrected and further the time granted for surrender may kindly be extended by another four weeks.

In view of the above, let the second paragraph of the order dated 07.011.2017 be deleted and the same be read as "This application for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rampur

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46705 of 2017(4) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 P.S. Case No. 304 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 363, 366 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code".

Further, the time granted for surrender is extended by four weeks from today.

The order dated 07.11.2017 stands modified to the above extent.
